We’re celebrating team success at DDC Dolphin this week and couldn’t be more pleased.
Our Technical Support Manager has received certification from recognised providers in a number of Infection Control areas, including Antimicrobial resistance, Antibiotic resistance as well as understand the Ebola Virus and how it can be avoided. This will enable our Technical Team to further understand our customers challenges within healthcare and continuously improve the service and knowledge we deliver.
Our acting Customer Services Team Leader, Karen Knowler, has received advanced training in export and team management allowing us to maintain the high level of service we strive to offer our UK and International partners.
As well as these great achievements our Marketing Director, Zoe Holiday has further upskilled her Marketing qualifications by undertaking the Marketing Week Mini MBA.
We pride ourselves on supporting our teams with these achievements but it’s down to the individuals to make it happen. Well done!
